Terms & Conditions
There are a few rules to make Coco's Dog Paddock a secure, safe andy happy place. We want you to enjoy the paddock and have fun playing with your dogs!
a) Bookings
- Dogs must wear a collar or harness and have an ID tag to be able to access the field.
- Dogs must be on a lead at all times except when they are in the secure field.
- No more than 6 dogs per adult (adult must be 18+).
- Owners/users of the field are responsible for their dogs and must not leave dogs unattended.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas.
- Car parking is available on site, parking is at your own risk and we do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage.
- Verbal and physical abuse towards dogs and owners is not acceptable.
- Please be mindful when arriving or leaving the site as other dogs may be anxious or nervous around strangers and noises.
- Dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations and flea treatments.
- Please respect the lane and local residents when accessing and using the dog paddock.
- Please do not leave any litter in the paddock.
- Dogs must remain in their owner’s vehicle until the previous user has left and the dogs are securely in the vehicle.
- Professional dog walkers will be asked to provide proof of insurance.
- Last booking 30 mins before closing time.
- A cancellation notice of 24 hours must be given in order to change the date at no extra charge.
b) Arriving & Leaving
- Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your booking and allow yourself enough time when leaving the paddock to put your dogs in the car before the next person arrives for their allocated time slot.
- Your dog/s must remain in your vehicle until the previous customer has left the car park.
- Do not enter the field if there is someone still in there.
c) Payments
- Payment can be made via the online booking system.
d) Opening Times
- Open daily 7am – 8pm (times may be subject to change during the winter months).
e) Disclaimers
- You are responsible for the actions and behaviour of your dog/s at all times.
- You are responsible for any damage/injury caused by you or your dog/s.
- You are responsible for your own safety whilst visiting the dog paddock.
- Our team will inspect the field, fencing and surrounding area regularly for any maintenance that may be required.
- Parking is at your own risk.
